Machined from aerospace 7075 grade billet aluminium, these pulleys are as tough as steel whilst being light weight for that reduced rotational mass allowing it to rev up and down much quicker for improved throttle response, faster gear changes, and easier rev-matching.
These pulleys require you to change the belt to a shorter belt. the OEM suitable belt can be ordered through Harley Davidson, part number is HD40144-07 easily identified by the blue written part number on the belt.
This is by far the safest way to get roughly a 10% increase in power whilst reducing the load on the motor. This modification will make your bike rev slightly higher at same speeds.
